As a new customer, you can either purchase as a Guest (i.e. without registration), or proceed with registration by clicking on ‘Account’ and filling in the data requested by the system.
After choosing your coffee:
When confirming your order, you can choose between an invoice and a receipt, filling in the details before the payment. If you are registered, you can save your invoice data. When the order is processed, an invoice will be issued and it will be available in the interchange system. Invoices will be issued for orders with a minimum amount of € 100.

1. Order Status
After confirmation, your order is processed in 2-3 working days. You will receive an email notifying you
of successful shipment.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will depend on the order. However, for orders of € 50.00 or more, shipping is free of charge.
3. Modifying Shipping Address
You may require a new shipping address before the order is handed over to the courier by writing to
clienti@caffetreceri.it.
If the courier has problems with the delivery e.g. he cannot find the address or you are not available, call us at 0759291210 or write an e-mail to clienti@caffetreceri.it and we will deal with the situation.
